When you book or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email (if given), pickup and drop-off addresses, travel date and time, passenger details, flight number and any notes you add.
Only to arrange and complete your trip, contact you about your booking, keep business records, and protect the booking form from spam and misuse. We do not sell your information.
Your booking details pass through the providers that run this website: Netlify (hosting), Supabase (booking records), Google Maps (address lookup and distance), Gmail (booking notifications) and, if online payment is offered, Stripe. Card details go directly to the payment provider and are never stored by us.
This website uses a Google Ads tag to count how many bookings come from our ads. It does not send your name, contact details or fare to Google. The tag may use cookies; you can control ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
